Replace drab snow with an exotic sea and let the National Outdoor Leadership School teach you the fundamentals of Drascombe longboat sailing and ocean travel. Following nature’s oscillating rhythms, you may find yourself up before dawn or sailing until dusk to take advantage of a favorable breeze. Devote 22 nomadic days to living by the tides, winds and currents of this incredible ocean environment. On this course you’ll become a weathered maritime traveler, sailing on the surface, snorkeling in the shallows and practicing Leave No Trace camping techniques on shore, where Baja’s unique desert greets its rich sea.
